WINE TOURISM AT THE DOMAINE DE SOUSTRES
Free activity, 2 minutes from the Vélorail reception, accessible by car or bicycle.
Before or just after your bike ride you have the possibility to continue your adventure at the Domaine de Soustres. During this free visit (duration 35 minutes) you will discover the route from the grape, from the harvest to the bottle through the explanation major stages of winemaking. The visit is followed by a tasting of the estate’s wines (30mn). The circuit is done inside from the cellar. Group size is limited to 15 people. COLLEGIATE CHURCH OF SAINT-ETIENNE DE CAPESTANG
In a perfect Gothic style, the Saint-Etienne collegiate church in Capestang was built in the XNUMXth century on an old Romanesque church, probably by the same team that built the Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur cathedral in Narbonne. An architectural jewel that history has left unfinished, its visit will leave you with vivid memories!

LE PONT CANAL DE L’ORB
à 12 minutes de l’accueil du Vélorail, accessible en voiture ou en vélo.
A Béziers, juste après le passage des écluses de Fonseranes, la Canal du Midi franchit l’Orb pour arriver jusqu’à Béziers. C’est entre 1854 et 1857, sous la direction d’Urbin Magues, que le pont-canal de l’Orb est construit. Une véritable prouesse !
